CBD Treats for Dogs: Snacks, Cookies, and the Right Variety
Whether you call themtreats, snacks, or cookies—we mean the same thing: small, handcrafted balls containing CBD that are perfect for your dog’s daily routine. They’re the easiest way to give your dog CBD: convenient to take on the go, easy to dose, and loved by almost every dog.
They come inthree varieties(chicken, fish, vegan) andtwo sizes(MINIS and nacanis). The right combination for your dog depends on its weight, preferences, and intended use—we’ll go over that below.
What are CBD treats for dogs?
CBD treats are dog snacks containing cannabidiol (CBD). Instead of measuring out oil, you simply give your dog one treat: with each one, you know exactly how much CBD it contains. This makes them the easiest way to get started, especially when you’re on the go or during training.
CBD snacks, cookies, or treats—what's the difference?
In short: none. “CBD snack,” “CBD cookie,” and “CBD treat” all mean the same thing to us. The name changes only because every dog owner calls it something different. What matters is what’s inside: natural, food-grade ingredients, baked in our own facility—no sugar, no artificial flavors.
What makes nacani CBD snacks for dogs special?
Our CBD treats are lovingly handcrafted in our own facility. We use only natural ingredients made from food-grade raw materials. Because the well-being of all animals is important to us, we use only meat from organic and locally raised animals. Chicken, Fish, or Vegan: Which Option Is Right for Your Dog?
All three varieties contain 1 mg of CBD per ball (MINIS) or 3 mg of CBD per ball (nacanis). The difference lies in the base, and you can choose which one based on your taste and tolerance.

MINIS or nacanis: 1 mg or 3 mg per tablet?
They're both the same snack, just in different portions and sizes.
MINIS with 1 mg of CBD per treat—for small dogs and for training. You can spread out the treats throughout the day without exceeding the daily amount.
nacanis with 3 mg of CBD per treat—for medium and large dogs, or if you want to give a specific portion instead of constantly refilling.
As a general guideline, the same rule of thumb applies as with oil: about0.5 to 1 mg of CBD per kilogram of body weight per day. For a 5-kg dog, that amounts to 1 to 5 MINIS or 1 to 2 nacanis per day. Not sure? Then let ourdosage calculatorfigure out the amount for you.
CBD Oil or CBD Snacks: Which Is Better?
Both are great! It just depends on what you need it for.
Snacksare a big hit in everyday life. They’re convenient to take along when you’re out and about, easy to portion out, and almost every dog loves them.
Oilis great for immediate results because it’s absorbed the fastest through the mucous membranes. And it’s hemp in its purest form: 100% hemp. So it’s also ideal for dogs with food intolerances.
By the way, it doesn’t have to be an “either/or” situation. Many pet owners use both—CBD oilas a base and treats for in between meals. This works just fine; you just add the amounts together. We compare the two in detail in the article“Oil or Treats: Which Is Better?”
CBD Snacks for Dogs in Everyday Life and During Training
The biggest advantage over oil: You always have them with you. The balls fit in any treat pouch or pants pocket; they don't crumble or leak.
Dosing is just as simple because you don’t have to measure anything. With every ball, you know exactly how much CBD it contains: 1 mg for the MINIS, 3 mg for the nacanis. Frequently Asked Questions About CBD Snacks
How many CBD treats can my dog have per day?
A general guideline is 0.5 to 1 mg of CBD per kilogram of body weight. For a 10-kg dog, that’s about 3 to 10 MINIS or 2 to 3 nacanis. But this is just a guideline—not a strict rule!
Will my dog like the CBD treats?
The vast majority of dogs really enjoy them. And since there are three varieties, there’s something for even the pickiest dogs. Our sample packs are perfect for trying them out.
Are the CBD snacks also suitable for puppies?
As a general rule, we recommend waiting until a dog is about 12 weeks old before giving it CBD, because there is still limited research available on very young dogs.
How long do CBD snacks last?
If kept in a dry place and tightly sealed, they'll last for several months. They're most convenient in a snack container, which is great for taking with you on the go.
Are there CBD snacks for horses, too?

Are CBD snacks dangerous for dogs?
